Ingredients
- 2 cups of self raising flour
- 1 cup of Jackal’s Hill Fromage Plain Yoghurt
- A pinch of salt
Method
Sieve and combine the dry ingredients.
Add the Jackal’s Hill Plain Yoghurt, mix and knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cut small pieces and roll out on a floured surface.
Bake in a dry non-stick pan on medium heat until golden on both sides and serve warm.
For a pizza, just roll out and place on a floured baking sheet, cover with a good tomato sauce then add your choice of toppings of your choice, like Jackal’s Hill Feta.
Bake in a hot oven (200 degrees) for 10 to 15 minutes.
Tips
If you don’t have self raising flour, just add 2 tsp of baking powder to ordinary flour.
You can also replace the tomato sauce for your pizza by tomato paste.
