This year we got a 1st place for
- Caledon (2nd year in a row)
- Caledon Cendre (2nd year in a row)
- Halloumi (2nd year in a row)
- Cottage cheese with Chives (3rd year in a row)
- Mascarpone con Porcini (a new delicious product)
We also won the Innovative Class with the Festive Caledon – our plain Caledon stuffed with walnuts & cranberries.
Then the Plain Ricotta and Double Thick Cream each got a 2nd place, while our Plain Mascarpone got a 3rd.
